Customer Loyalty Programming Launch

A favorite project of mine was the creation & implementation of a brand new customer loyalty program for a boutique fitness studio: exclusive, special apparel for important milestones in the customer class journey (100 & 250 classes completed).

The campaign idea was a longtime "want" of mine to accomplish and I was thrilled to turn it into a reality. I designed the prize and created mockups in Adobe to send to the factory in Asia and then created a timeline for the project launch and subsequent content into my media calendar. When I received the finished products, I photographed the product and edited them as needed, and then I set about to create content for Instagram (feed & stories), Facebook, the website, newsletter marketing and even in-studio imagery.

From ideation to implementation to the logistics of the program for longterm success, I am proud to have created a strong, lasting customer retention & engagement program that drove enthusiasm for the brand, sales, and awareness.
