Customer Retention & Brand Awareness Project

In an ongoing effort to expand the customer base, increase brand awareness and promote brand inclusivity, I sought out to tell create a campaign chronicling the real fitness journeys of different studio members and sharing their inspiring results. I created not only the full-quarter campaign schedule, but also took the photographs myself, interviewed each person, created all of the copy and launched the campaign with content created and implemented myself across social media, email newsletters and the website.

Sharing the stories of real members of the studio and inspiring the community to find themselves in their stories was so powerful for me, knowing how much it resonated with the community and inspired others in their own journeys.
