What's Your Focus?

I took a great deal of pride in this huge campaign showcasing the images and stories of strong and empowered women who were all real members of a boutique pilates and barre studio chain.

As the sole marketeer on my team, I came up with the idea of a campaign to highlight 5 real members of the community and share their motivation for working out, as I knew it would resonate with other members and the community at large, converting fence sitters and growing the reputation beyond.

I created a campaign plan and calendar and executed everything from A-Z. I brainstormed with my operations manager and front desk staff to create a shortlist of customers, reached out to them, found a photographer, scheduled a photoshoot, ran the photoshoot, created all the content for social media, kept a handle on deadlines, launched the campaign on social media and the website, and successfully told the story of the “who” of the brand.

The campaign empowered so many of the community as they saw themselves or those they knew in the stories, as well as created massive brand awareness of the brand itself being inclusive and special. A recognizable slogan of the brand was the result of this campaign and is a huge part of online and offline marketing, as well as a feature piece in every studio to this day.
